I found Mark Stern and Carte Blanche Caterers at the Oregon Wedding Showcase in Eugene in January 2011. I read the reviews for his services on Yelp and Google - they were glowing. All of my guests said the food was delicious and the service impeccable. There were many things about our wedding that were stressful and did not go according to plan.
