While Carte Blanche Caterers is specifically about providing keen attention-to-detail service and savory and delicious culinary fare, catering in general is all about embarrassment avoidance. Carte Blanche clients come to us to ensure their event’s success, no matter how small or logistically complex.
What began as a food cart in 1997 on the University of Oregon campus has evolved into Full-Service, Off-Premise Catering Company, as well as our soup-centric cafe, Soup Nation.
Every time we cater for you, we’re bringing our expertise to the locale of your choosing, whether it’s buffet-style, plated and seated, boxed lunches, or gourmet passed appetizers.
We’re a catering company first, as opposed to a restaurant that does catering. We’re buying and preparing your menu, fresh for your event, embracing your event vision, and exceeding your expectations.
