"Mark catered our all day retreat - 3 distinct meals. The food was incredible, the service was impeccable,and the presentation was amazing. Mark made the process smooth and easy. I highly recommend the blue velvet soup, the smoked tri-tip, and the kahlua mousse. YUM! We will definitely be using Carte Blanche again."
