"We've used Carte Blanche to cater some of our office events in the past and we've always been impressed with the food, service, and prices. So for our holiday party this year we decided to have a southwest buffet and appetizers. We were not disappointed. The food arrived right on time, the set up looked great, and the quality was amazing. The biggest hits were the bacon wrapped shrimp and the kahlua mousse. Mark was very easy to work with, even with our ever changing date he was most accommodating and made great recommondations if we weren't sure about something. I highly recommend Carte Blanche and won't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Mark!!"
